Product Application

Used for newly constructed steel structure surfaces in medium to severe industrial corrosive environments, as intermediate paint, and can also be used in maintenance matching.
 It can be widely used for anti-corrosion coating of metal surfaces such as door steel structures, storage tanks, pipelines, etc. in industries such as ships, bridges, petrochemicals, and power.

Technical Specifications

Mainly used as an intermediate paint to match with epoxy or inorganic zinc rich primers. It can also be directly used as a rust proof primer for steel.

Supporting Paint

The topcoat uses chlorosulfonated polyethylene, chlorinated rubber, high chlorinated polyethylene, epoxy, acrylic polyurethane, and fluorocarbon external magnetic paint.

Surface Treatment

The surface of the coated steel must be thoroughly cleaned of oil stains, oxide scales, rust, old coatings, etc. Shot blasting or sandblasting methods can be used, with a rust removal standard of Sa2.5 and a roughness of 40-75 μ m; Manual polishing and rust removal methods can also be used, with a rust removal standard of St2.0 level and a dull metallic luster exposed on the surface.

Storage：
