Product Features


Excellent chemical resistance, able to withstand corrosion from various chemical media such as acid, alkali, salt, oil, etc.
   Good water resistance and weather resistance, suitable for long-term use in outdoor environments, resistant to sunlight, rain, and freeze-thaw cycles.
   Good adhesion and sealing properties can firmly adhere to various metal surfaces and effectively block the contact between corrosive media and substrates.


Product Application

Chlorinated rubber anti-corrosion coating is suitable for use in severely corrosive environments of C3 to C5, and is used on steel structure surfaces in both submerged and non submerged areas.
 Atmospheric environment:Industrial plants, bridges, transmission lines, etc.
 Marine environment:Ships, docks, offshore platforms, etc.
 Underground environment:Buried pipelines, storage tanks, etc.
 Chemical Environment:Petrochemical, acid and alkali factories, electroplating factories, etc.

Technical Specifications

Suitable for use as anti-corrosion and rust proof primer on metal surfaces in coastal salt spray areas, humid and hot areas, and corrosive environments. For example, wharf piers, steel structure facilities, factory steel structures, chemical storage tanks, oil tanks, and open-air oil and water pipelines.

Supporting Paint

The topcoat uses chlorosulfonated polyethylene, chlorinated rubber, high chlorinated polyethylene, epoxy, acrylic polyurethane, and fluorocarbon external magnetic paint.


Surface Treatment

The surface of the coated steel must be thoroughly cleaned of oil stains, oxide scales, rust, old coatings, etc. Shot blasting or sandblasting methods can be used, with a rust removal standard of Sa2.5 and a roughness of 40-75 μ m; Manual polishing and rust removal methods can also be used, with a rust removal standard of St2.0 level and a dull metallic luster exposed on the surface.


Safety Measures:

1.Smoking and open flames (including lighters and matches), welding, cutting, and other operations that generate sparks or high temperatures are strictly prohibited at the construction site and surrounding areas.

2.Adequate ventilation: Maintaining air circulation in the workplace is the most effective way to dilute flammable and toxic gases.

3.Eye protection: Wear chemical protective goggles or face shields.

4.If paint accidentally touches the skin, immediately rinse thoroughly with soap and plenty of water.


Storage:

Store in a dry and cool environment, away from heat and fire sources. The storage area must be well ventilated and equipped with fire extinguishers.
