Product Features

The solvent-free epoxy intermediate coating floor paint is composed of epoxy resin and reactive diluent, which combines mechanical strength and good leveling and scraping performance.
   The product has strong sealing and high permeability, effectively isolating water vapor and pollutants.
   Its solvent-free formula ensures low VOC emissions, environmental protection and safety;
   Flexible construction, can add quartz sand to scrape and fill potholes, or directly self level to form a mirror effect, with good flatness.
   The coating has strong adhesion, wear resistance, impact resistance, chemical corrosion resistance, and is widely compatible, supporting multi-layer coating systems.

Product Application

The product is mostly used for cement or terrazzo flooring in industrial plants, logistics warehouses, food and pharmaceutical production workshops
   Concrete floors for parking lots, airport hangars, sports arenas, exhibition halls, and other places

Technical Specifications

Quartz sand can be mixed at a ratio of no more than 200% to form an epoxy flowing mortar layer, or quartz sand can be added at a ratio of no more than 1000% to prepare an epoxy pressure sand layer for leveling the base surface or preparing a compressive load-bearing layer. Preparing an intermediate layer with KG-302 can effectively improve the hardness and flatness of the base surface, increase impact resistance and compressive load-bearing capacity.

Supporting Paint

The topcoat uses chlorosulfonated polyethylene, chlorinated rubber, high chlorinated polyethylene, epoxy, acrylic polyurethane, and fluorocarbon external magnetic paint.

Surface Treatment

The surface of the coated steel must be thoroughly cleaned of oil stains, oxide scales, rust, old coatings, etc. Shot blasting or sandblasting methods can be used, with a rust removal standard of Sa2.5 and a roughness of 40-75 μ m; Manual polishing and rust removal methods can also be used, with a rust removal standard of St2.0 level and a dull metallic luster exposed on the surface.

Safety Measures：

1.Smoking and open flames (including lighters and matches), welding, cutting, and other operations that generate sparks or high temperatures are strictly prohibited at the construction site and surrounding areas.

2.Adequate ventilation: Maintaining air circulation in the workplace is the most effective way to dilute flammable and toxic gases.

3.Eye protection: Wear chemical protective goggles or face shields.

4.If paint accidentally touches the skin, immediately rinse thoroughly with soap and plenty of water.

Storage：

Store in a dry and cool environment, away from heat and fire sources. The storage area must be well ventilated and equipped with fire extinguishers.
