Attention should be paid to the following issues during the construction of anti-corrosion paint：
1. Different types of coatings have different functions and operating methods. Firstly, we should have a certain understanding of the performance of anti-corrosion coatings, and then apply them according to the instructions.
2. The surface of the area to be constructed should be treated once, and the rust, grease, and other foreign objects on the surface should be completely removed. The anti-corrosion requirements are high, and sandblasting or shot blasting should be used for pre-treatment. We can only proceed with construction after it is completely dry, because the function and service life of the paint film are closely related to the quality of our surface treatment.
3. Due to time constraints, there may be some precipitation or delamination of the coating from the factory to our use. Therefore, when we use it, we should mix it completely and evenly.
4. When we apply multi-layer coatings, we should wait until the paint film of the lower layer is completely dry when applying the upper layer of coating, because if the lower layer of coating is not completely dry, it is easy to produce wrinkles and the phenomenon of wetting and peeling off the lower layer of coating.
5. The application of paint should be based on the proportion of paint and curing agent specified in the product instructions. After mixing the paint and curing agent, they should be used according to specific paint requirements.
6. When encountering sandstorms, rain, and snow weather, we should stop the outdoor construction of the anti-corrosion layer to ensure better coating quality.
7. When the temperature is too low, the environment is below 10 degrees Celsius, and the humidity is too high, exceeding 80%, we should not carry out construction.
8. When each coating is thoroughly dried, the interlayer coating time during winter construction is longer than during summer construction.
